Active Faith Helping with COVID-19 Mask Shortage
Just like the rest of the world, we have all been affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic in some way. And just like many others, we wondered what we could do to help. We have been hearing first hand from doctors and nurses that there is a huge shortage of N95 masks that they need to be able to treat those who are sick and infected.
A few days ago we reached out to our manufacturers to see if any of them could connect us with a factory that produces these masks. We were pleasantly surprised to be immediately connected with a company that does. We have ordered over 1,000 masks to be donated to hospitals around the country and we plan to continue ordering more.
For the foreseeable future, proceeds from our Active Faith wristbands will go to help provide more masks for the healthcare professionals that are risking their lives on the frontlines. Part of being Active in your Faith is helping others and those in need. We believe we can do our part to aid in this Corona Virus/COVID-19 crisis here in America and we thank all of our customers and team members for your support of this brand. Hello I am a 25 veteran Police Officer and a former US Marine. We have a small Police Department with approximately 60 full sworn police officers and cadets. We have been running low on our N95 mask and have to reuse the current ones we have on our 911 calls. It would be greatly appreciated if we could get a few of these for us. I work for the Department of Corrections – Community Corrections, we have officers who are required to put themselves in harms way on a daily as we, like the essential men and women of the rest of the country are doing to combat COVID-19, the silent and invisible ghost of an emeny. Protective gear, namely masks are a critical asset to have for their safety, as they are charged with up close and personal contact with the outside offender population. I know everyone wants, and are in NEED of masks, and most of us right now have to take a number, but if there is anyway we can make a connection with the proper authority to secure some of these masks, greatly appreciated would be an understatement, as really there would be no words for our gratitude.

I am an Administrator of a local health department in WV. We are charged with investigating each positive case in our county in WV. We are also charged with making sure our first responders and medical staff in our rural county of 29,000 have enough supplies. We would love to have even just 30 masks for our first responders! Being the last state to find a positive, supplies are scarce!

My name is Mark and I’m an RN supervisor for a company called Newport Subacute Healthcare in Costa Mesa, California. I have been doing my small ministry as a nurse and a brother in Christ. Our staff has been struggling in masks specially our respiratory therapist and we are subjected to reusing old ones. Is there a way for me to order wrist bands 50-100 that comes with masks. My purpose is to share the gospel with the bands that says “Blessed” and distribute the masks as well. I am doing this out of my own/ and I am hoping that God can bless us all.

I work for the Army Combat Medic School 68 Whiskey at Fort Sam Houston, Texas, as an NREMT Coordinator. We are considered essential personnel, therefore we are still expected to come to work as well. Supplies are getting short for us b/c we are considered the 2nd largest MOS in the military, therefore we have over 300 plus soldiers in in all 6 companies. Those mask would be great to have for training purposes during this time of the pandemic.
